xNZov. Pulau Misool adalah salah satu dari empat pulau besar di Kepulauan Raja Ampat di Papua Barat. Pulau misool ini berbatasan langsung dengan Laut Seram. Daerah ini terletak di kepala burung papua barat dan dekat dengan kota sorong . Misool terbagi atas dua bagian yaitu misool timur selatan dan misool barat. Daerah ini terkenal juga dengan keanekaragaman budaya, adat, laut dan darat. Pulau misool termasuk daerah segitiga karang dunia dan puluhan banyak ikan hias yang terdapat di dalam lautnya yaitu sekitar 75% ikan hias dan segitiga karang dunia juga terdapat di daerah misool ini. Dan daerah ini juga memiliki laut lepas yang sangat luas sekali sehingga menjadi jalur lintasnya hewan-hewan besar yaitu seperti ikan paus dan gurita. Pukul WIT, seluruh peserta akan berangkat dari Pelabuhan menuju kepulauan Raja Ampat bagian selatan Misool. Perjalanan dari kota Sorong menuju Misool ditempuh kurang lebih 3,5 jam. Sebelum ke lokasi penginapan, seluruh peserta singgah terlebih dahulu ke Pulau Banos untuk menyantap menu makan siang di pinggir pantai berpasir putih. Setelah selesai bersantap siang, seluruh peserta akan melanjutkan perjalanan ke Gua Putri Termenung, untuk menyaksikan batu berbentuk putri yang sedang termenung. Selanjutnya perjalanan menuju Yalapale Homestay di Kampung Harapan Jaya yang merupakan lokasi penginapan seluruh peserta trip. Setelah memasuki kamar masing - masing, seluruh peserta akan diajak untuk snorkeling di Pulau Yaganan. Setelah puas menikmati bawah laut, seluruh peserta kembali ke penginapan. Seluruh peserta dipersilahkan untuk menikmati suasana pantai di sekitar homestay atau membersihkan diri mandi. Setelah selesai mandi, seluruh peserta akan makan malam dan diakhiri dengan acara bebas. HARI KEDUAHOMESTAY - HOPING ISLAND § Bangun pagi, mandi dan sarapan § Island Hopping adventure , diantaranya sebagai berikut Balbulol Yapap Danau ubur-ubur Yaitu sebuah danau di dalam pegunungan karst yang penuh dengan ubur-ubur tidak menyengat seperti halnya yang ditemukan di Danau Kakaban Kepulauan Derawan Kalimantan Timur. Pulau Gamfi Gua Keramat Yaitu sebuah lokasi yang dahulunya menjadi pusat kerajaan Misool. Seluruh peserta akan body rafting menyusuri gua yang gelap dan akan menuju sebuah danau kecil di ujung goa. Jejak-jejak tulisan prasejarah Yaitu dimana akan ditemukan tulisan-tulisan dan cap tangan prasejarah di dinding tebing karang. Goa tengkorak Yaitu sebuah lokasi dimana akan ditemukan tengkorak-tengkorak manusia suku asli Misool yang hidup di dalam goa. § Kembali ke penginapan Kampung Harapan Jaya dan seluruh peserta dipersilahkan membersihkan diri mandi § Makan malam § Acara bebas. HARI KETIGA HOMESTAY - HOPING ISLAND § Bangun pagi, mandi dan sarapan § Island Hopping adventure , diantaranya sebagai berikut WalepWalep merupakan lokasi yang sangat tepat untuk melakukan aktivitas diving dan merupakan salah satu spot diving terbaik di wilayah Raja Ampat bagian selatan. Namun, seluruh peserta hanya melakukan aktivitas snorkeling di lokasi ini dan dipastikan Anda akan menyaksikan ratusan ikan yang berenang bebas di lokasi ini. Karakter lokasi snorkeling di lokasi ini berupa palung. Selain snorkeling, aktivitas yang bisa dilakukan adalah berfoto dengan latar gunung – gunung karst, sebagai tambahan peserta akan ber-canoeing menyusuri karst-karst. Trekking karst Harfat Jaya untuk menyaksikan rangkaian gugusan karst Misool Apabila memungkinkan seluruh peserta akan dibawa ke Misool Eco Resort yang konon katanya mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai resort eko erbaik di dunia. § Kembali ke penginapan Kampung Harapan Jaya dan seluruh peserta dipersilahkan§ membersihkan diri mandi § Makan malam § Acara bebas. HOMESTAY - HOPING ISLAND - SORONG § Bangun pagi, mandi, sarapan § Packing, dan bersiap kembali ke Sorong § Sebelum ke Sorong, singgah terlebih dahulu ke Danau ubur-ubur Danau Ubur - ubur Yaitu sebuah danau di dalam pegunungan karst yang penuh dengan ubur-ubur tidak menyengat seperti halnya yang ditemukan di Danau Kakaban Kepulauan Derawan Kalimantan Timur. § Kembali ke Sorong § Setibanya di Sorong, seluruh peserta akan diinapkan di Swissbel Hotel Sorong § Belanja dan mencari buah tangan souvenir § Makan malam. HARI KELIMA SORONG - KOTA ASAL PESERTA § Bangun pagi, mandi dan sarapan § Tim kami akan menjemput tamu dari hotel dan diantar ke Bandara Domine Eduard Osok § Seluruh peserta meninggalkan sorong. So many corals and big fishes. Current is really strong but in some diving sites the current is medium just suit for fresher advanced are so many rare species such as pygmy sea horses and wobbegong sharks😇. The homestay host Alex is really reliable friend and the hostess is really expert for cooking. After the morning dive, we usually ask Alex taking us to the nearby areas. Read our transparency report to learn OToronto, Canada136 contributionsMay 2023 • CouplesThis is a nightmare story of a vacation turn out to be scammed by a trip operator IG/rajaampatbudgettrip We booked Raja Ampat Budget Trip through Instagram on December 2022 and did our due diligence by researching who they are seems legit at the time. The owner, Leonardo Seran Leo offered us packages and we decided to go with their CAD $1700 4D3N trip includes trip to Wayag, Piaynemo, Kaliburu and Mayalibit with full onboard meals and 2 diving trips for two person. He sent us itinerary and we paid down-payment in January 2023 and he asked for advance final payment a month before the agreement in April 2023 so we did. Then red flags start to appear when we got there. Schedule changes, homestay different from itinerary, lots of wasted time waiting at homestay doing nothing. They promised us snorkeling behind the island and suddenly no boat so they asked us to do it infront of the homestay instead. Then they took us to Wayag in the morning with a tiny fisherman boat almost 4 hours trip one way and then we're supposed to go to Piaynemo at noon but they made us wait to do nothing for hours until they bring us back to homestay and left us there. On the next day which was our final day with them, they promised us to go to Piaynemo in the morning at 7 and diving boat supposed to come to pick us up for two diving sessions. We waited for two hours and they said change of plan we go to Piaynemo with the fisherman boat and afterwards we will meet the diving boat there. At that point we're worried because we promised to meet another resort at 1 PM after we confirmed with Leo what time we can be dropped off at Waisai, that was in January. When we arrived in Piaynemo, there was no diving boat. They took us to a lagoon near Piaynemo, where they said it's where the dive operator is. We don't see any diving boat there, no red strip logo as signage that it's a dive centre, but we met a "dive guide" with equipments. Another red flag, the "dive guide" didn't ask for our diving licence or any briefing, he just asked for our wet suit and fins sizes, etc. Then, we put on our wet suit while tanks were already loaded onto the same tiny fisherman boat we came with. Suddenly trip operator told us diving is cancelled because the boat drivers don't wanna go. The meal they served was just tons of white rice, tiny bit of fried noodle and one piece of fried egg. That was for two days in a row and that's not right with the price we paid for since the other resort gave us full meal with multiple options including dessert. They offered us refund for the diving fees which was $365 but we ask Leo the owner of Raja Ampat Budget Trip for a refund of $500 so we can booked our last minute dive with our next resort. Leo agreed for that amount and will refund us immediately, that was May 15. It's May 19 and he still haven't transferred the full refund we agreed for, even after multiple contacts. His excuse was no signal in Papua but he managed to upload multiple pics and videos on his Raja Ampat Budget Trip Instagram account IG/rajaampatbudgettrip one day earlier. We tried to call him but he didn't answer. We kept the receipt of payment and itinerary but the conversations happened through WhatsApp. We did ask for email but he said signal is not too strong for email so use WhatsApp for everything. Dude, its budget cost more than a trip to europe though it's in Indonesia. So.. Wanna safe your budget? do get there using public transportation. Economy boat, avoid luxury phinisi, unless you could afford it, and of course I insist you to try phinisi, hahaha Wanna be a traveller? Stay more than a week! The crew was absolutely excellent. The food was OK/good. I know seasons are different, I dived last two weeks of November, but we saw no Mantas and very few sharks. Lots of "little" stuff and coral was great. Rooms were OK and "maid service" was very good. Dive deck very crowded. All the beer you wanted and plenty of sodas except for the diet variety. Wine only at dinner and very limited. Beautiful islands. Read our transparency report to learn 2021Barefoot conservation is a non-profit NGO located on Arborek Island in the Raja Ampat region near Papua New Guinea. This NGO offers you the opportunity to live an unforgettable experience, not only contributing to marine conservation, which is very important nowadays, but you can also acquire diverse experiences by learning about the marine ecosystem, helping local people by teaching them English, tasting the typical food of the region, etc. The facilities are good and the people are very friendly. I had the opportunity to do my DIVE MASTER course in the best dive sites in the world. Not only do you dive, but they also take you to see the different islands of the region, visiting different villages of indigenous people and visiting viewpoints that look like a postcard. The place is a paradise for those who are looking for nature in its most untouched state. The marine biodiversity on Raja Ampat is incredible, in fact just around the island of Arborek alone you can see an infinite number of different species and even things you would never have imagined.
